Developing sustainable High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) airships to improve life on Earth.
One Stratoship at altitude can enable communications services to the same area as more than 100 ground stations without leaving so much as a footprint. It maintains communications connectivity in rural areas, in emergency situations and over challenging terrains.
From the stratosphere, one Stratoship can obtain a higher resolution image than a satellite using a lower cost camera. Each airship can be flown for long periods of time in a single flight, unlike a traditional drone or aircraft, to collect aerial imagery that fills your data gap.
The Stratoship’s ability to move into position and hold station for months at a time fills a current capability gap that exists between ground sites, satellites, and airborne platforms. Flying 10 times closer to the Earth than a satellite, and more than twice as high as traditional aircraft, it can deliver constant communications and data at a lower cost and shorter lead time compared to satellites and other traditional aerial sources.
Our customisable, solar powered platform caters to a range of customers, including agricultural, emergency services, environmental, maritime, commercial, mining, space, scientific research, and government.
